Conception Issue

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Me and my wife are healthy and fine. We did the tests for semen and female fertility. All the tests have come normal. There is no blockage or fibroids in my wife as per the tests. However, we are finding it difficult to conceive even after trying for over 6 months. Should we go for IVF? Our doc says we should try for more time before going for artificial processes. Can you guide us?
