Conceived while on leuprolide. Unborn?

I got my laproscopy & hysteroscopy done for chocolate cysts last nov and taken 2 materna 3.75 mg inj.nov & dec.post that,  I wasn't suppose to get my periods for a while due to inj.but I got it despite on dec 13th. After my second and last shot which was on 27 dec, I dint get my periods and , looks like I conceived somewhere in Jan or Feb,Currently 32 weeks 3 days pregnant, will it cause any issues to my unborn?so far reports look okay though I have few doubts here and there but in my 30 weeks I got some unexplained spotting,taken care by pause injection and could not find any internal injury during scan except baby is breech and has Looped a cord around neck and movements are very mild so I want to know if that drug gives any issues if you conceive while on leuprolide.hope my baby will be fit and healthy in all aspects.
