Conceive and 5months
Hi doctor I m conceive and now 5months. Doctor told baby weight is bit low after Tiffany scanning and suggested to take fruits in a more quantity. Hence eating apples (2in quantity) around 6 to 7 pm in the evng. And regular meals. I'm suffering from gastric or some digestion pblm and have gastric pblm since childhood. Kindly suggest me how to have my meals and what to include. When I need to start doing walking.

You should have more fruits, leafy vegetables and should b taking more protein and less amount of fats and carbohydrates. Drink more water and take your meal atleast 1 - 2 hours before sleep. You can also start walking if you dont have any problems
