Echo report impressions IHD-LV INFERIOR WALL, POSTEROR WALL THIN, HYPOKINETIC, NORMAL LV DIMENSION, NORMAL GLOBAL LV FUNCTION, EF 55% NORMAL VALVES, NO PERICARDIAL EFFUION. DOPPLER-MINIMAL MITRAL REGURGITATION. The above report taken before he had a pressing heart pain but there is no breathing problem only pain in the chest.
