Hi.me and husband are together from 8 years...but from last four to five years he has a problem like bed wetting in night during sleep without his knowledge...then we did some test and result was like the nerve is compressed in his penis so that he can't urinate full.little urine will be inside left in bladder and that comes out without his knowledge.and now we are trying for a baby...but I make out that he feel like ejaculate but the sperms don't come out...wht shld we do..

No it should be ur thinking u can ask him to mastribute if semen come sout then there is no issue of semen doesnt come then we will go with treatment what work do he do do he have any addictions? We can go with proper ayurvedic medicine prepared by me to incrwase his semen quantity and quality
