It's common for kids to complain of stomach ache during viral fever. Provide details of other coexistent symptoms like vomiting ./ Loose stools/ ?abdominal distension etc Give her paracetamol for fever and an oral antacid preparation as of now. Do show her to your paediatrician if symptoms persist.
