Could you please help me with the name of a suitable syrup for common cold in kids (my 3 year old son).. a doctor once told me that Maxtra causes secretions so I am looking for an alternative

Maxtra is a very safe and good brand. It does not cause secretions. You can use Sinarest AF as an alternative
