Colonoscopy
I have completed my chemotherapy of 6 months with folfox and oxaliplatin on March 12th 2020..on Sunday I notice my stool was black in colour with slight blood stains.. Just 2 loose stools after that normal colour stool was there but again today got black stool but no  blood.... got my blood test done My hemoglobin levels are 13.2 Only concern point is Amylase is 154 GGT 293 ALT 44.5 Also uric adic is 559. 75 Random sugar is normal.. Also chest xray was normal and sonography reports were normal but doctors have asked for colonoscopy What can be the reason of my black stool?

Get Colonoscopy and S CEA  to rule out disease recurrence If any thing abnormal get PET CT

You didn't mention about baseline stage. Usually within 6 months the colon cancer will not come back. Still we should do colonoscopy and rule out recurrence
