Hi good evening, This report suggests it is a Adenomatous polyp, which is pre cancerous, you need to go the surgeon and get it evaluated properly. Two things to confirm 1. Whether the whole mass was taken out? 2. Are the margins clear?
Next Steps
go to the surgeon you got operated by and get evaluated
Health Tips
Don't worry, it is pre- cancerous, life style modification with fiber rich diet can help
