My cousin brother recently diagnosed With Colon cancer and died what might be the reason for getting colon cancer at that small age before diagnosing colon cancer he is having shoulder pain and leg pain and back pain and why these are occured and we lost finally as we don't the reason till the cancer is at final stage. Shall every one in family should take colonoscopy or no need? And he ate more ice creams

Very sorry for your loss..There are certain familial cancer syndromes which could be the reason here. The shoulder and leg pain seems unrelated but the back pain could have been a symptom though likely in the late stages only.. No, icecream did not cause the disease..
You should meet your family doctor and give a proper history.. And then the male members of your family after a certain age, the first degree relatives of the deceased will need few investigations including colonoscopy.
