Cold since 1month
My daughter is suffering from mild cold since one month ,sometimes manifest watery sometimes mucoid, intermittent cough also present , sometimes low grade fever ,
since last 3 days we have started antibiotics , Azithromycin 4ml od, since then levocitrizin 2.5ml bd was using , please any paediatrician suggest us how can we completely cure this & any additional precautions we can use.

Avoid giving chilled or fried foods. Prefer giving warm water to drink. Handwashing before eating, after coming back from play or outside. Well balanced diet including fresh and dry fruits is recommended.
Also rule out any allergic tendencies in the child. It sometimes runs in families. Maybe your child has just joined school and hence getting exposed to infections constantly.
If required ask your pediatrician to prescribe certain supplements to boost her immunity
