My 10 weeks old boy has mild cold. I'm giving him saline nasal drops to ease the congestion. How often can the nasal drops be given? Is it ok to give it once in every few hours? Can he smell a little eucalyptus oil too?

normal saline nasal drops are usually given 4 to 5 times a day; normal saline drops increase the mucociliary clearance and can result in running nose if given contineously
