Hiiii... It is very difficult to differentiate between common cold and covid just by clinical features in this age group... Is there any other family members having covid...??? Or covid in neighbours...?? Or covid in relatives who often lly visit your residence...?? RT PCR for covid is only currently available confirmatory test for covid... Even though if it is covid the treatment remains same...symptomatic treatment.. You have to watch for any danger signs like rapid breathing... Sometimes common cold also may take 3-5 days to resolve...so dont be worried...
Next Steps
watch for danger signs give symptomatic treatment for cold and fever if you really want to clear your doubt go for testing
