  4. Cold n cough. With it can u suggest me!

Hii doctor. My son is 5 months old. He is suffering from cold n cough n also loose motions 4 to 5 times per day. His weight is 6.8 kgs . my problem is he is peeing 3 to 4 times per day only. Is there any problem with it Can u suggest me
