Cold medicine
Hi my baby is 2 years and 1 month old. She has cold, bad nasal congestion and slight cough. She is feeding well. Active throughout the day. But sleeping is an issue as her nose is blocked. One doctor has prescribed maxtra oral drops, montair lc kids and levolin syrup. One doctor has prescribed coriminic syrup and calpol 250 in case of fever. Which one is a better option. Please suggest. I've been using the first option for 3 days now. It doesn't seem to get better.

Hello, coriminic and maxtra has same composition, so there is no issue of one being better than other. Your previous doctor has also adviced beta agonist drug as well as asthma Modifying drug like montair given in wheezing episodes.
Next Steps
You should continue with syrup calpol for each episode of fever. Maintain a gap of 5 hours between the doses. Also use nasivion P nasal drops to relieve nasal congestion.
Health Tips
You should get the child clinically examined by a qualified Paediatrician for the present status of chest signs, before giving any other medications.
