Cold in 50days baby boy

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My baby boy age 50days he suffering cold from birth to till now...we used medicine, nasal spray...bit not cure...he having sound in his nose also...and also having bone in his middle of chest...my doubt is due to that bone he suffer cold aa...is any problem due to that bone... please tell me...

Your baby is having choanal stenosis with stuffy nose. This is vasomotor rhinitis. It will take time to get improved by increasing age of the baby due to growing of nasal bone. Till then use atarax drops and nasoclear nasal drops every 6 hrly
