Cold, fever, muscle pain

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am having cold from the past three days along with fever. have taken 4 tablets of paracetamol and 1 tablet Sinarest. there is very little relief post taking tablets.Now After three days I am developing sore muscles and severe pain in the eyes which aggravate when viewing anything bright eg. Computer screen, sunlight. Any Blood tests required?
