Hi, For low haemoglobin take Capsule Dexorange Plus twice a day for a month along with Proteinex powder with milk, along with Shelcal M twice a day for a month. Also deworm yourself... Take Zentel 400mg once at bedtime for three days. Get your thyroid profile done.as you feel cold

The haemoglobin isn't too low dear.
But yes in pregnancy u need iron supplements for proper growth of baby and yrslf.
So do take iron tablet for now. Regular even after u deliver for atleast 3-6 month.
Tiredness/breathlessness/palpitations/restlessness/irritability all point towards anemia.
Take one single dose of ALBENDAZOLE 400 mg at night if not allergic to any such medication.
Take care
