Cold cough
I gave cetrizyne syrup to My 2 yrs baby who seemed to have some allergy , 3 doses in 2 days . Post that noticed that she is not eating properly and then realised she had dry cough inside . Then started giving her soventus junior 5 ml twice a day but congestion is still there and she is coughing and she is constipated for 2 days now !! What to do ?

Give her syp lactulose 5 ml twice a day for 5 days for constipation
Increase fruits intake apple pear prune strawberry
Plenty of water
Syp Alex junior 2.5 ml per oral thrice a day for cough would help
