Having cold ( normal and not watery )
The main problem nose block with mascue
Talking with nose only..
At the time sleeping he is fine no snooring breathing with nose only..
But all the day time having blocked nose

Use saline nasal drops for nose block
Do steam inhalation frequently
Give Syr Cetrizine 2.5 ml twice daily
