Cold and low grade fever
My 18 months old son is not eating food last one week and now he is getting cold with body ache and fever 100.4..and mucus sounds comes from the throat..is it allergy or cold...please give some medicine to fight cold and start eating.

Hi,
Give Cetrizine 2.5 ml 2-3 times/day for cold
Give paracetamol for fever
Next Steps
Once his fever is down, he will start eating or give Syr Zincovit
