My son age 3 years 9 month's
Weight 14 kg
Fever from four days 101 to 102
Cold and nose block ( history of adeniods grade 3 )
Using medicine
AUGUMENTIN DDS 5 ml thrice
AZITRAL 5 ml twice
TIMIC 5 ml twice
CROCIN DS 4 ml
Now fever controled
But nose blocked and having cold inside.
Should I use duonase nasal spray ..?
Please suggest medicine nose block..?

Give saline nasal drops for nasal block. Continue t-minic for cold. Reduce Augmentin DDS Twice daily .

Try steam inhalation 1-2 times/day. Frequent warm liquids to drink

If fever s controlled continue one antibiotic (preferably augmentin and stop azithral)
You can give steam inhalation through vaporizer
Nasovion drops twice daily
If he has severe noseblock and snoring disturbing his sleep then you can give duonase nasal spray for three days
