  4. Cold and fever. What should i do?

Cold and fever
My daughter is 3 yrs old... She has very weak immune system... Falls ill very often... Once in a month or even sometimes twice... Her weight and height is fine(around 15kg)... Yesterday onwards she is suffering from cold(running nose) and she is feverish too.... She slept through the entire night well.... But was having fever... What should I do ??
