Cold and cough with phlegm.
Sir I am 33 year old. I am non drinker and non smoker. Most of the time my nose is blocked or running due to cold. Continue sneezing is normal in my day today life. Small cough is also happens every time. Sometimes I feel problem in wind pipe. Small sound or obstruction feel in wind pipe during lying. Please suggest any good treatment or process of treatment.
