  4. Cold and cough. To get the cold away?

My baby is having cold for past one week I am giving her Alex kids 2 times a day but her cold is not going she has runny nose and clear mucous is coming out we have our tickets for Mumbai and will have to travel what medicines to give her in order to get the cold away
