Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am right now being diagnosed with pleural effusion in my lungs n getting treated for the same.. thought my livers aren't impacted but my medication is going till 6-7 months . Iwanted to know is there any risk involved in consuming alcohol in moderate quality?
