Hello Doctor i got aborted 3 months back. After obortion 1 month i got my periods in which i was getting clots it stopped in 6days & again this month i got my periods again im getting clots & heavy bleeding please subject me...

After abortion it takes 3 or 4 months to have your natural cycles. If very heavy you can take t.tranexemic acute thrice daily but if it continues consult your gynecologist.
