Clot came out day 5??

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had a pre molar taken out 5 days ago and the clot fell out this morning because the stitch dissolved, resulting in taking out the white film and clot. Now there is a hole there with black and grayish. It slightly hurt but not much. Can you tell me what's possibly going on? Should I be worried?

I don't think u need to worry as u don't have pain or swelling or fever which usually occur if the bone at extraction site gets infected. Still I advice u to consult dentist for check up.
