Cleft lip in unborn
I am 37 weeks pregnant, after my 9th month sonography doctor suspected cleft lip where as the Anamoly scan at 20 weeks was perfect. Hence my Gynec is not sure with the cleft lip. I just wanted to know can cleft lip occur in third trimester..??

It can't occur but it is possible that it can't be seen at 20 weeks. Cleft lip is  treatable  and children are expected to lead normal life
