Classic Hodgkins Lymphoma-Pet Ct scan

Asked for Male, 33 Years

After 4 cycles of ABVD treatment for stage 1A HL, Pet Ct scan was done(attached are the reports). A new thing was diagnosed - " focal increased FDG uptake is noted in left upper molar region(SUV 3.77)- Infected". Wanted to know about what this is? Thats the only detail I have regarding this. Kindly suggest what needs to be done.
