Hello doctor
I am 12 weeks 3 days for today. Yesterday I did NT scan
It was written screened positive for pre-eclampsia and Fetal growth restriction before 37 weeks
Other everything was fine
Can you please advice on what is the matter and what I must do or take care of

The character of Blood vessels carrying blood to placenta and the baby changes in pregnancy so that more blood freely flows with low pressure.
In some people, these changes donot happen and they can develop problems in the later months of pregnancy like developing high BP, low weight baby or less water content.
To prevent this, we start T. ECOSPRIN 150mg at night times daily from 12 weeks and continue till 36 weeks. It may help in ⅓rd of patients. Ultrasound uterine artery doppler can be repeated at 16 weeks.
