Hi sir or mam 🙏 my mother is suffering chest pain heart pain from few months she used medicines it was not controlled so doctor take city anzigeogram to my mother and after taking that my mother is feeling more pain in heart and full left hand back and front shoulder also pain it is normal after doing it or any effects can u tell me sir and what is the normal score in city angeogram tell me plz tq 🙏

CT coronary angiogram the procedure itself does not cause any pain. Any intravenous injections if any can cause local burning and pain and the injection site. If CT angiography is reported to be normal, the chest pain is less likely to be related to heart. If high suspicion or recurrent symptoms it is advisable to consult a cardiologist or if required conventional angiography to be done.
