Diagnised circumvilate papilomatosis on tongue for the last three months. Consulted oral specialist and doctor advised Betadine oral solution for regular goggling. Inspite of the medicine sometimes I feel very uncomfortable. Please suggest remedial measure

The terms uncomfortable does not actually convey what you feel really.
Your diagnosis that you mention just means a specific papillae on tongue getting inflammed. You may need a personal consultation to assess since in view of the persistence.
