  4. Circumcision. Also is it any bad to me?

I recently watched a few videos and realised that the foreskin of my penis doesnt go all the way back to uncover the dickhead. I searched a lot online and found circumcision to be a treatment for this. Can you please help on what steps should be taken and the best age and time to undergo such treatments? Also is it any bad to me?
