Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have hanging penile foreskin, And also once it is pulled back it gets tightened, painful retraction and often leads to redness, itchiness and pain. I have consulted two sexologist they adviced me circumcision. Told to contact a good surgeon and talk about the procedure and get it done if its required immediately. I have attached one prescription.
