Circumcised wanting reversal

Asked for Male, 26 Years

26 year old. Been circumcised since about 2year old, everytime I have an erect penis the skin feels like its tearing where they took the skin off, I have 2 kids and 1 on the way , I cant enjoy sex because it feels like the end it just going to tear open, is there any chance of being uncircumcised again, can a foreskin be attatched?
