  4. Circle shape mark on face. To cure it.

Circle shape mark on face
In my daughter face suddenly circle shaped mark formed we went to doctor and he suggested candid B which we applied for more than 15 days, But still the mark is not reduced and one more circle formed above the previous mark on the face, Added Pictures for the same. im worried now, Pl Suggest what is this exactly and how to cure it.
