Chronic Phlegm
Good Evening . I am from London, UK . I have been suffering from Chronic phlegm for many years. I may request to suggest me the right meditation . I would be grateful if you may refer me right specialist to consult my matter . I am new here with the app . I would like to make one certain point to realise my situation : when I wake up from sleep I find my mouth fully loaded with spit . For nearly an hour I have to clear my throat with phlegm for many times. I previously had x ray and blood test and the report didn't find anything and therefore the doctor didn't prescribe me any medication. However, I want to relieve myself from the situation badly. I am sure there must be a proper medication to relieve me from this chronic condition. Thanks,

If its an early morning phlegm issue, it could be due to gastric reflux provided the xray done shows no abnormality. But taking you age into account kindly do off a lung function test and start by taking T Raciper D (40/10) twice daily for 5 days T acebrophylline 100mg twice daily for 5 days Share xray and kung function test later if you prefer doing consultation with myself
