Chronic pancreatitis with a cyst on it
Hello doctor, I am a 28 years old man.It has been detected in an USG that i've been suffering from chronic pancreatitis and there is a cyst on the head of the pancreas measuring 3.8 mm.. What should I do?It is noteworthy to mention that i do experience no severe pain

Hi you need further evaluation . this is a typical chronic pancreatitis or may be a sequle of acute pancreatitis in past. A CECT ABDOMEN WITH I.v contrast ( pancreatic phase) would be help full along with few blood tests.
