Chronic muscle tightness above shoulders
Suffering from a decade of muscle tightness and weird sensations on skin above shoulders, head, face, cheeks, jaw. It's extremely intense, have been to multiple neurologist, neurophy and phys doctors Took hundreds of medicine no gain so far, it doesn't increases or decreases with any medicine or may other factor, very irritating, sometime I feel cold/warm sensations on above shoulders skin too, sometimes dull pain, first year it peaked, then it's reducing at negligible rate, I had no trauma in childhood CT scan, mri scan, xray of neck are good Vit D was below 3 , taking medicine from last 2 weeks Took medicines for Hypochrondiasis, somatoform, depression as well as schizophrenia, no gain Haven't been to dentist or ortho yet Lemme know why it is undiagnosed, where to go now I am feeling helpless
