Chronic gastritis with acidity.

3 years, chronic gastritis with acidity, pain radiates from upper abdomen to back shoulder and chest, periodic constipation and mild fever with exhaustion. Repeated blood test, ECG, amyle test suggests all normal. Endoscopy not done. Wheat, tea, coffee, meat, bakery products, pickle stopped using long before. These all cause severe acidity.
