Chronic Endometritis and infertility
I am trying to get pregnant since last 1 year, after hysteroscopy found that I am suffering from Chronic Endometritis and there were two polyps of 1cm*1cm each. Is it a reason for infertility? Can antibiotics cure Endometritis?
I am ovulating regularly.

Oral antibiotics Wil do. But it depends on your symptoms too. 1cm polyp Wil not be an issue. It might shed wit it cycles most of the time
