Chronic cough with haemoptysis
The patient had cough with sputum since two months for which she took medications and nebuliser for 15 days. Three days back, she had 5 episodes of haemoptysis in a single day. For which we were advised to perform a CECT Chest, the reports of which are attached.

Post TB bronchiectasis  a possibility .only bronchiectasis is a second diagnosis
