Chronic cough

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have been suffering from chronic cough since the past 5-6 years. All my tests are normal. The doctors prescribe medicines but it just serves as a temporary solution and then after a few days, the problem occurs. Nothing seems to help. What should I do?

My Dear Friend, your problems seems to be because of a problem called GERD ( Gastro Esophagial Reflux Disease), I suggest you get an endoscopy of your upper GI ( food pipe and stomach) done, it will help to reach the correct diagnosis, that should help to give you long term relief. Best Wishes.
