Chronic chough for more than10 years

I have this chronic cough for approx 10 years now and it is mostly dry but with white musus in the morning. Every time i eat something I always get cough. Sometimes it is very severe and causes pain in the chest. Short of breath and difficulty in breathing normally. Doctors for long time could not figure out what is the problem. seasonal change prb
