Chronic body pains

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I have been suffering from chronic body pains mostly in the upper and lower back radiating to my legs. My bones don't hurt, it seems more like muscular or nervous problem. Please suggest who I need to consult. I have done x-rays and even consulted orthopaedic and tried even physio therapy but don't see any improvement. I have been taking homeopathy for last 6 months but no improvement in my condition.
