Chronic bad breath
Dear doctor , I wore braces for a year long , after 9momths a smell started coming from my mouth , 3 weeks back , i removed the braces after completing 1 year. I got professional cleaning done. But still my bad breath is still there. i went to a dentist but he told me that my teeth is fine , just continue what u do for a month. I have been scrapping my tongue twice daily since 2 months , brushing 5-6 times , using alcohol free mouthwash , using sugar free gums , no use. Should i wait for 1month

Sir , as suggested wait for 1 month and follow instructions as advised. It takes time in certain cases because of the  microflora which is dominant in the oral cavity. On the other hand book an appointment with gastroenterologist to check for other causes of halitosis. But keep following dentists advise regularly.
Health Tips
stop brushing 5 to 6 times daily as it's causing more harm than good. Twice daily is more than sufficient to suffice.

Yes if you just got your scaling done please wait for a month or so. Keep your mouth clean. If you are wearing a retainer make sure food does not stay around it.
Health Tips
Massage your gums with gumex or Zingisol once a day preferably at night.
