Chronic bacterial Prostatitis

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am suffering from E coli prostate infection since 4 months. My doctor prescribed Cipro Bacstol and Niftas each for one month for 3 months after urine Culture and other tests. But After finishing the Course I have started feeling the symptoms... What should I do??? I am afraid if the bacteria have become more resistance after the medication... plz help... Will it become untreatable if the bacteria have become resistance to all Antibiotics? is there any other surgery treatment??? Am I gonna die due to infection... Plz help... Thank you
