Chronic backpain
I'm suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis from few years. Physician said it will be there life long and prescribed medicines. At start i took those regularly But i heard that too much medicines may has some side effect. So i stopped and taking only when i feel too much pain. Is there any other way to treat my backpain?
