  4. Chronic back pain. Please suggest!

Chronic back pain
I have back pain since 5 months. I have tried 2 epidural shots but still im in pain I have broad based disc bulge narrowing left neural foremen with annular tear. I have pain in left leg im taking lyrica 75mg. Pain is sometimes in right leg also. I have consulted pain Dr, he has suggested two options 1. Cooled RF biacuplasty 2. Radio frequency abilation Please suggest
